I sat down with Dr. Allen Williams, sixth-generation farmer and co-founder of Regenified, to talk about why he’s spent 30+ years trying to rebuild American soil.

Allen defines regenerative agriculture as “farming and ranching in synchrony with nature,” starting underground in the soil before anything above ground can change.
He walked through the three biggest barriers to adoption: lack of education, peer pressure (from neighbors, vendors, lenders, even universities), and crushing debt loads.

We also dug into the recent $700M federal regenerative pilot. Allen’s verdict: a drop in the bucket next to the $20B+ paid out to conventional row crop farmers,
and most of it won’t reach farmers directly anyway.

But he’s optimistic. Farmer interest, consumer demand, and supply-chain pressure from food companies are all accelerating the shift toward regenerative practices.

The Land is Calling.

LIBERTAS LAND

Where the work of regeneration becomes the work of life.
