After earning a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Mississippi State University and two decades of experience in agricultural equipment sales, he returned to farming and embraced the opportunities of regenerative agriculture after meeting Dr. Allen Williams. Guided by this mentorship, Wade transitioned his family farm to regenerative practices, improving soil function, ecosystem resilience, and business viability.
