Kent donica
Regenerative Land Advisor
Kent Donica serves as a Regenerative Land Advisor with Libertas Land, bringing decades of practical experience helping farm and ranch enterprises improve profitability, resilience, and land health through regenerative management.
A respected Oklahoma cattleman and Secretary-Treasurer of the Soil Health Academy Board of Directors, Kent is recognized for his hands-on expertise, straightforward approach, and commitment to helping producers achieve measurable results. After transitioning his own ranch from conventional management to adaptive grazing, soil-building strategies, and regenerative livestock systems, he experienced firsthand the benefits of improved ecological function, operational resilience, and business profitability.
Known for his practical, no-nonsense style, Kent focuses on what works in the real world. His ranch serves as an active learning environment where producers can see regenerative principles and adaptive grazing management in practice.
“I don’t promote anything I haven’t tried myself. Regeneration works, it makes the land healthier and the ranch more profitable. That’s why I share it generously.”
A graduate of multiple Soil Health Academy programs, Kent has spent years implementing regenerative principles and adaptive grazing systems on his own operation and helping other producers successfully navigate their transition.
Kent’s mission is simple: help producers build healthier land, and stronger, resilient businesses.
