As a professional Regenerative Agriculture Executive at Libertas Land, Adam Grady brings enterprise operations leadership and hands-on agricultural production experience to farms and agricultural enterprises. A systems thinker and educator, Adam works alongside farmers, investors, and leadership teams to translate regenerative principles into measurable operational
and enterprise results.

Adam blends field-level practicality with executive strategy, integrating enterprise budgeting, infrastructure investment, capital deployment, and team development into transparent operating models. His work bridges soil health with financial performance, strengthening business outcomes. 

At his core, he is a producer, having transitioned his own Dark Branch Farm in eastern North Carolina from conventional practices to a diversified and profitable regenerative operation.
This firsthand experience provided insight into the operational realities, challenges, and opportunities many farmers face. Today, Dark Branch Farm is a diversified livestock and cropping system, integrating grass-finished beef, pastured poultry and eggs, hogs, and seasonal produce within adaptive grazing and regenerative cropping frameworks. 

Adam serves in executive and advisory roles across the regenerative food ecosystem, including as CEO of Farmers To You and principal partner at Green River Regenerative Farm. 
He is committed to living close to the land and advancing regenerative agriculture as a model for the future of food.
